Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka was born in Minsk. Sergey Sabalenka (d. 2019) is her father who plays hockey. Aryna Sabalenka was born 5 May 1998 in Minsk Belarus. She holds 12 WTA titles in her career, which includes her Grand Slam of 2023 Australian Open. As a doubles specialist She also took home the US Open of 2019 as in addition to in the Australian Open of 2021 with Elise Mertens. The year she was born, she won both her first WTA 1000 and Miami Open in Indian Wells with her Belgian partner, completing the Sunshine Double. Just four pairs of women's tennis have achieved this achievement. The Belarusian rose from second place to third in World Singles Rankings on 23 August 2021. Her best ranking was again achieved in January 2023. In doubles, she rose to the number one spot after her victory at Melbourne on February of the same year. Dmitry Tursunov was her coach throughout 2018, up until her season came to an end in 2019, and also for a short time before the year 2020 began. Dieter Kindlmann was her coach from August through September 2020. As of the year 2020's end, she has been coached by her coach, Antonio Dubrov. Serena Williams & Maria Sharapova have been her inspirations.
